Steve’s Tire & Auto Repair was recommended to me for tires when I first moved to the Tri-Cities. Their prices are competitive and the “extras” offered (i.e. free flat repair, rotation) are comparable to others.
Most recently I was advised by the dealership where I purchased my new AWD Terrain that I needed a wheel alignment. When I compared the dealership price against Steve’s price, Steve’s was the better bargain. Wes took the time to explain the process required for AWD alignments and answered all of my questions.

Excellent service. They keep you updated about your vehicle, and respect your time. The mechanics are top notch, letting you know about things that may not have been noticed. They don’t beat around the bush, either. You can trust this shop to keep their word. No weasel ing out at the last minute, no excuses. This shop is extremely respectful of the customer.
